Everything Isn't Shit AU
[Loras is back in Highgarden for the first time in....well, a while. It's been a week since his Dragonstone raid and he's still a bit bruised. Broken ribs are no joke. But other than that, he escaped without any incident and now Dragonstone is in Tyrell hands. Funny, because Cersei Lannister is under the impression that it's in her hands. She doesn't know that all her people were sent back to King's Landing and all the ones left behind to hold the castle? Tyrell men. Loras loved every minute of that raiding and it's silent "Fuck you" to the Queen Bitch, even though he probably would've preferred a loud "fuck you". Willas was right, though. Now was not the time for that.
In any case, he's just arrived in Highgarden. He was given some leave after Dragonstone as a gesture of appreciation from King Tommen. It's good because he needs to talk to Willas. Mostly because he is 100% sure a certain someone is in an absolute state of panic right now. They hadn't exactly told him the plan but chances are good he's heard. Willas can deal with that. Loras steps into Willas' solar the minute he's back in the castle, taking every roundabout uncommon path he can think of, hoping to find his older brother inside]
Willas?

Sappy reunion stuff
[Spontaneously one day, Margaery had decided that she would very much like to visit home. Tommen had been very understanding of this wish and granted her a fortnight to visit, not counting the time it took to travel from King's Landing to Highgarden. Cersei had been somewhat annoyed by this but really who cared about Cersei's feelings? Her party had set out two days later. Loras was, of course, the Kingsguard knight assigned to escort the Queen on her journey.
Though Margaery denied it, Loras knew this trip was more for him than it was for her. It had been quite some time since either of them had seen Highgarden but they both knew Loras missed it more than his sister. When they arrived home, Loras dutifully stuck by his sister's side until she dismissed him with a laugh.
"I'm just going to visit with mother, Loras. Surely I need no protection for that. Why don't you go see Willas?"
The implication in that suggestion was not lost on Loras. After a quick peck to her cheek he left Margaery's side, heading to find his oldest brother. Willas was out in his private section of the gardens. After some catching up, Willas directed Loras to his solar. There he found Renly, just as Willas said he would. Loras stepped inside the room, still wearing light armor and his Kingsguard cloak, carefully shutting the door behind him]
Willas said I'd find you here. [Margaery had, of course, made both Willas and their mother swear not to say a word to Renly about this plan. She wanted it to be a surprise]

Spy shit idk
[Things have been pretty uneventful for Bobbi lately. Turns out running your own spy cell wasn't that exciting. It's enough to keep her busy, of course, but still not quite what she expected. Not a lot about it surprises her, especially after working for SHIELD and being an Avenger. She's happy enough with it, though. One day she's sitting in her office, going over a map of an island, when her assistant comes in to tell her that someone is here to see her]
Who?
[Her assistant shrugs, stating that the person wouldn't give a name. He just said that Bobbi would know him and that was all she needed to know. Bobbi took that to mean it was one of her more secretive superhero friends. Hell, maybe it was Fury finally. Regardless, it didn't worry her that much. She just waved a hand and turned back to the map]
Okay then. Let him in.

Tony sucks
[It's 1:30 in the morning and Carol finally has a chance to sleep. She's been up since five the previous morning and is more than ready for it. So, of course, just as she was getting ready to sleep, Tony had to call her and ask to come over. As annoyed as she was, she found herself unable to say no. So when Tony shows up she answers the door in her pajamas (a t shirt and a pair of cotton shorts), hair pulled up and displeased look on her face]
You so better appreciate this, Stark. Come in.

[Romano is currently visiting Spain for a few days. This is a process that involves a lot of food, a lot of bitching from Romano and a lot of them both being mostly useless. Romano's accomplishments for the day include rolling out of bed (after Spain poked him for ten minutes straight), ordering Spain to make him breakfast, lazing around on Spain's sofa and then rolling off the sofa at mid-afternoon to take a shower. All in all, he considers this pretty impressive. If he had his way he'd still be in bed.
He emerges from the bathroom, pulling a shirt over his head, and pads out into the room where he left Spain. He, of course, is not there]
Oi, Spain! Where the hell did you go? [Who wander off in their own house? Seriously]

[The good thing about having so much rural territory is that there was ample opportunity to get away and be alone. Lakes, mountains and parks were plentiful within his country's borders so there was plenty to do if you enjoyed being outside. Which Norway happened to. Very much. Hiking was one of his favorite activities, as was fishing and even camping was enjoyable. Unfortunately, today is not the day for that. It's his only day off for the next several weeks, just enough time for a short day trip and not much else. He plans to head up to Tryvann, a lake just north of Oslo that isn't much in use during the summer and especially not during the week, for some fishing. The area is mostly a ski resort but as there's no snow this time of year, there shouldn't be anyone around. There are of course lakes better suited for fishing near Oslo but catching fish isn't even the main point of the trip. He isn't telling anyone that he's going because he doesn't want to be bothered. He's already shut his phone off for the day, in fact. With any luck, he thinks as he loads things into the car, he'll be able to get out of here without anyone showing up. A monumental task considering Denmark still exists and is in the habit of showing up unannounced and unexpected. But he isn't thinking about that. Thinking about Denmark is just likely to summon him]

[The battle actually hadn't lasted that long. Maybe 40 minutes at most. They had fought Stannis' army just outside their camp and at the end of it all, they had won. A good deal of Stannis' men lay dead on the field and the rest had retreated. Stannis himself hadn't been present but the defeat should be enough to discourage him for a while. Just a while. Loras had no doubt that he'd be back. Stannis had always been stubborn at the worst of times. Still, it had been a good battle and a good victory. Renly should be happy.
During the fight Loras had ended up face to face with a knight twice his age and twice his size. A big, strong man. He was proud to say that he had beheaded the man. Not before taking a nice deep slash to the bicep and a hard mace hit to the ribs but he had still killed the man. That was what was important. To him at least, his squire seemed to disagree. As they rode back to camp the boy was buzzing around him like a particularly obnoxious little bee, asking a million times if he was alright. To which Loras always answered "yes stop asking".
Back in his tent the boy helped him out of his armor, flying into a panic at the sight of the blood seeping through the arm of his cotton undershirt. Before he could stop him the boy scurried from the tent, returning with one of the camp medics. Soon everyone in camp would know he was injured now, thanks to his well intentioned squire. Margaery would be flying in soon and then probably Renly. It was silly. He felt just fine, though the more he settled the more he felt the pain in his side and the stinging of the gash on his arm.]
Really, I'm- [He began but hissed in pain instead as the healer peeled the shirt away from the wound on his arm. Okay, maybe letting someone look at his wasn't the worst idea. When the shirt came off, there was a large and colorful bruise already covering a good deal of his left side. Yes, that probably wasn't good]

[Nations were generally pretty sturdy. There wasn't a lot that could harm them and there wasn't a lot that could make them sick. In fact, there was pretty much nothing that could make them sick. Except for the stupid cold they got whenever the economy took a turn for the worse. When that happened there really wasn't much that could be done except deal with it until it stopped. This was currently the case with Spain and for some reason Romano was the one tasked with dealing with it.
Probably because he had volunteered and kicked France out of the house]
You just had to get sick today, didn't you? I have work to do, damn it. [He sighs, running a hand through his hair] Anyway, do you want....soup or something?
